Chad Meister, PhD, is Affiliate Scholar of the Ansari Institute for Global Engagement with Religion at the University of Notre Dame.

He was previously professor of philosophy at Bethel University. He received his undergraduate degree in automated manufacturing technology (robotics). He later received his M.A. in theology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Ph.D. in philosophy from Marquette University. While in the doctoral program, he studied classical Greek at the University of Notre Dame.
